Sales policy

We thank you for your interest in reservation. Please take note of our sales policy:

  • Valid credit card required (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa).
  • The deposit 30% of total sume of reservation price is payed immediately.
  • Secure payment processed through PayPal payment gateway
  • Check-in time is from 15:00 to 22:00h on arrival day.
  • Check-out time is between 08:00 and 10:00h on departure day.
  • Should you wish to modify or cancel a confirmed reservation, you need to contact us directly at

Apartments Istria Holiday reserves the right to reject, cancel or modify reservations where it appears that the above contain or have resulted from a mistake or error.

Cancellation policy

The reservation will be held for 24 hours on arrival date.

  • Guests can cancel up to 30 days before arrival with full refund.
  • Guests will not receive a refund in case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival.
  • In case of no-show, guests will receive no refund.
  • In case of departure in the middle of their reservation dates, there will be no refund.
